Privacy Policy
This policy explains how WOZE YAZILIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“Woze”, “we”) handles personal data on this website, woze.app, and when you contact us. Each Woze app has its own privacy policy, linked from its App Store and Google Play listing and from inside the app.
Who we are
WOZE YAZILIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ is the data controller for the personal data described here, under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What this website collects
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party scripts or fonts. There are no forms to fill in.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your request. We don’t use this data to identify you or to build a profile of you.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we receive your email address or phone number, your name if you give it, and anything you include in your message. We use this only to answer you, handle your request and keep a record of our correspondence. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your request. After that, we keep it only as long as the law requires or allows, for example to meet a legal obligation or to defend a legal claim.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf, or with public authorities when the law requires it.
Cloudflare and Google may process data on servers outside Türkiye.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you can ask us to:
- tell you whether we process your personal data, and give you information about it;
- tell you why we process it and whether it’s used for that purpose;
- tell you who we’ve shared it with, in Türkiye or abroad;
- correct it if it’s incomplete or wrong, or delete or anonymize it;
- tell the people we shared it with about those corrections or deletions;
- review a decision against you made only by automated processing;
- compensate you for damage caused by unlawful processing.
If the EU or UK GDPR applies to you, you have similar rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
